This course has been designed and developed to increase your knowledge of the ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) standard, its basics and requirements. The course will cover the purpose of the standard and how organisations can improve their own resilience.
The ISO 22301 business continuity management system standard provides international best practices that help you respond and recover effectively from disruptions.
In addition to understanding the standard and its structure, participants will understand how to increase resilience and ensure that the organisation has the capacity to continue operating in the event of a major incident or incident.
